QAQC Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and monitor quality assurance technicians and responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies in order to meet product quality standards.
2. Check daily Batch Manufacturing Records and other manufacturing-related documents to ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
3. Oversee the “On Hold” product program, including the status, release, and destruction of “Rejected” products.
4. Monitor manufacturing in-line process with established standards.
5. Monitor sample collection activities according to procedures and take actions for abnormal occurrences, which affect sampling conditions.
6. Guide and monitor critical control points in QC processes.
7. Perform inspections and tests such as pH, brix, physiochemical characteristic and organoleptic on raw material, in-process product and finished product include release product and Keeping Quality (KQ) product.
8. Assist in investigating complaint issued by customer complaint.
9. Plan and monitor daily schedules and ensure samples are analysed within targeted plans.
10. Record updated analysis, data and any issue occur for all testing result.
11. Check documented sampling, test data, and conduct follow-up tests on samples that require attention.
12. Analyse microbiological testing on finished product, and raw material such as Total Plate Count, Yeast and Mould, E Coli and Coliform.
13. Maintain an updated inventory list to ensure lab stock is enough for lab run smoothly.
14. To assist or complete tasks as instruct by superior.
