Yoghurt

 

Fresh milk is a key ingredient to make good yoghurt.  Milk is pasteurized, then fermented with live bacteria cultures, and incubated at a specific temperature to allow healthy bacteria growth. The culture ferments the natural sugar lactose found in milk, which gives yoghurt its distinctive flavor.  We use actual food preparation for our flavored yoghurt to give you the natural taste of the fruit.
