Mozzarella Sticks With Sour Cream Dip
Ingredients
Mozzarella Stick
- Bright Cow Mozzarella Cheese (cut into bite size)
- 1 Cup Bread crumbs
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- ½ Cup All-purpose
- 1 egg beaten
- Oil for frying
Sour Cream Dip
- 1 cup Bright Cow Sour Cream
- 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Red chili (crushed)
- ½ tsp Dried parsley
- ¼ tsp Onion powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
Method
Mozzarella Stick
- Cut Bright Cow Mozzarella Cheese into bite size
- In bread crumbs, add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Coat mozzarella cheese in all-purpose flour, dip in beaten eggs then roll in breadcrumbs and again dip in the beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- After coating, freeze mozzarella cheese for 6-8 hours
- In wok, heat oil and fry on low flame until golden brown, Once done, served with sour cream dip.
Sour Cream Dip
- In a bowl, add Bright Cow Sour Cream and lemon juice, whisk well until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, red chili, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Sour cream dip is ready.
